The Great Society

Web Design & UX/UI

I designed the website for The Great Society, a historical 12 week limited Broadway play. From the rise of the Civil Rights Movement to the destruction of Vietnam, the production focused in on the man at the center of it all: LBJ.

Animated Homepage

Animated Homepage

Unlike its prequel production All The Way, The Great Society included a crowd of prominent historical figures. To further reflect the scale of this story and cast on the website, the homepage featured an endless scrolling list of those characters.

Produced in a time of upcoming elections, audiences were invited to vote online each performance for any candidate currently running for President. Results were posted online each week. Physical audience members were encouraged to register to vote in the theatre lobby.
