I conceptualized and designed the key art for PlayCo’s world premiere production of Notes On My Mother’s Decline. The intimate play and true story written by playwright Andy Bragen was part of New York Theatre Workshop’s Next Door at NYTW series.

Inspired by the play’s 1970s setting and real-life photographs contributed by the playwright, I created a campaign that reflects the unique, evolving and complicated relationship between mother and son.

Within a digital and social space, the key art was animated in a stop-motion pace. This reflected the photo booth style of the original photographs and quick-tempered dialogue between mother and son.
